The most important element of Customer Service happens before the sale is done. This is the provision of accurate, useful information which the customer needs to make the right choices and to prepare for the delivery and installation of her new appliances.

Tasco's salespeople undergo continual sales-training to be able to provide the customer with knowledge of the features and benefits of each product. Tasco is usually the first store to receive new products from suppliers, and we ensure that each salesperson is fully conversant with the changes being made, and the uses and benefits of those changes to our customers.

When the customer has made their choice, our salespeople provide them with the information and specifications that the contractor, tradesmen and installers will require to ensure an easy and proper installation of the appliances. If the customer needs an installer who is familiar with the appliances wanted, Tasco has installers who work only for Tasco, and whose work is guaranteed by Tasco. Tasco will schedule and co-ordinate the installation and the work will be done well, on time, at competitive rates.

All of the appliances Tasco sells come with a full manufacturer's warranty, designed to protect the customer from defects in workmanship or materials. For those customers who want longer protection, we offer at very reasonable prices extended warranties to keep potential service costs at a minimum and to provide long-lasting ease of mind with the new appliances.

Delivery is an important customer service. Tasco's delivery persons are employees of Tasco. They do not work for an outside delivery service, they do not report to other bosses, and they are very experienced and professional in carrying out their duties. Some of our deliverymen have worked for us for more than twenty-five years. In this time they have developed an expertise that is unrivalled anywhere. Tasco has a full-time staff of people whose job is to help customers through complications which may arise after delivery and installation of their appliances. These people act as liaisons between customer, manufacturer, and service agents. Their only objective is to serve the customer's needs fully and promptly when the need arises. On the rare occasion when it is necessary, they will even arrange for the replacement of appliances which fail to meet the customer's needs. The simplest problem is not too trivial for their attention, nor the most complex too overwhelming.

At Tasco, customer service is more than two words. It is a commitment to excellence that carries through every sale long after the customer has made her choices and taken delivery.
